fykaStudios retains ownership of:

• Frameworks
• Reusable code libraries
• Design systems
• Proprietary methodologies

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use

Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments remain due.
• Completed work delivered before termination remains subject to these Terms.
• Access to project resources may be suspended until outstanding obligations are fulfilled.
